Kusakabe Akihiko is betrayed when his wife, Akane, cheats on him and then abandons him for his boss. Recovering from this emotional trauma with his aunt Fujino, Akihiko is visited by his mother-in-law, Sayuri. Sayuri apologizes for Akane's actions, explaining she believes it stems from their family lineage, recounting her own past deception by a man which led to pregnancy and work as a call-girl to support herself and Akane. While offering comfort to Sayuri, Akihiko develops an intense sexual attraction to her, resulting in a mutual encounter. The situation intensifies when Shizue, the wife of Akihiko's boss, storms in armed with a knife, consumed by vengeance. This confrontation leaves Akihiko surrounded by the three women—Sayuri, Fujino, and Shizue—all caught in a chaotic and sexually charged standoff.
