Description
Goat emerges as a primary antagonist, originally a scientist devastated by his family's fatal accident. This loss propels him to establish Xenon, an organization pursuing global dominance through Gyrozetter technology. He adopts the alias Lord Goat, embodying a symbolic connection to the animal. His physical traits include white hair, facial hair, and a prominent scar across his nose.

A future iteration of Goat journeys back in time to exact revenge against Kakeru Todoroki, whom he blames for his family's demise. This temporal incursion renders his presence faint in historical records, signaling his gradual erasure from existence due to meddling with time. His vendetta escalates after engineering Haruka, a clone modeled after his deceased daughter. Unaware of her artificial origins, Haruka infiltrates Xenon as a spy until Goat discloses the truth, triggering her emotional collapse and subsequent betrayal.

Strategically adept and unnervingly calm under duress, Goat contrasts sharply with impetuous subordinates. Despite his composure, he exhibits fierce dedication to his cause, resorting to extreme tactics such as deploying brainwashed Eraser units. As Xenon's leader, he orchestrates repeated assaults on Arcadia Academy, targeting their Rosettagraph artifact and Gyrozetters to advance his ambitions.

His descent into villainy stems from grief, with the future Goat's actions forging a self-fulfilling prophecy. His final schemes involve direct confrontations with chosen drivers, notably deploying manipulated Gyrozetters like the Agito Twin S against Arcadia's forces. Defeat concludes his arc, neutralizing the dual-timeline threat and his vengeful campaign.
