Queen Euphoria rules as the sovereign of Jubiland, also called Märchenland, governing the kingdom and its inhabitants, including the pixies who revere her as a mother. She stands exceptionally tall, with golden eyes and golden-blonde hair cascading to her feet. Her attire features elaborate light yellow or gold-white gowns, paired with regal accessories such as a jeweled crown and halo.
Before the series' events, Jubiland faced invasion by Emperor Nogo and Shadow Realm forces. Queen Euphoria wielded her power-embodying Glitter Charms against them, but the charms were stolen and corrupted into Buffoons. Using her remaining energy, she sealed away Nogo, transforming into a stone statue and depleting her power. This sacrifice weakened Jubiland, prompting her to send the pixie Candy to Earth to recruit five girls as the Glitter Force. Their mission: recover the Glitter Charms to restore her power and revive the kingdom fully.
Petrified, Queen Euphoria retained limited telepathic influence, primarily through the Royal Clock, guiding the Glitter Force with wisdom and encouragement. When Glitter Charms were collected, she diverted their combined energy—instead of reviving herself—to aid the warriors. Notably, she channeled it to awaken Pegasus, granting access to enhanced Princess Mode transformations essential for defeating resilient foes. This selflessness further delayed her restoration.
Her connection to Candy and Pop is profound: she is the origin of all pixies' power, with Candy designated her heir. In a critical moment, she manifested as a mirage to shield them, revealing Candy as her successor and the Miracle Jewel as an egg destined to hatch Jubiland's new queen. After securing the Glitter Charms and activating the Royal Clock, she relinquished her last power to ensure Candy's ascension as ruler. Queen Euphoria then passed away peacefully.
