Majorina serves as one of three primary Bad End Kingdom commanders alongside Wolfrun and Akaoni, all under Emperor Pierrot. Her appearance evokes a classic fairy tale witch: an elderly woman with a prominent hooked nose, sparse teeth, green eyes featuring yellow sclerae, and hands sporting black claw-like nails. She typically wears a dark green hooded cloak, carries a crystal ball, and stands significantly shorter than her comrades, reaching only to their knees. Cunning and cruel, Majorina devises elaborate schemes and magical inventions to thwart the Pretty Cure. She reacts with particular annoyance to being called an old lady and frequently clashes with others over the loss or misuse of her creations. As the group's primary inventor, she concocts potions using unconventional ingredients like lizard legs, pig drool, and frog farts, and flies via broomstick. Her magic allows her to create Akanbe monsters by combining Red Noses with everyday objects; these monsters harvest "Bad Energy" from distressed humans to revive Emperor Pierrot. She also wields a Picture Book of Darkness; tainting it with Black Paint of Darkness transforms the world into a "Bad End" reality—a dystopian landscape with a green, cobweb-filled sky that saps people's will. A key ability is her transformation into a younger, more powerful form, triggered by phrases like "Majorina Time!" This state shifts her appearance to a tall, youthful woman with white shoulder-length curly hair, dark red lips, and a model-like physique, though she retains her cloak. It enhances her strength, agility, and hand-to-hand combat skills, enabling her to rival Cure March directly. She can generate illusionary doppelgängers to confuse foes and harness her crystal ball to fire green energy beams or deliver electrical shocks. Within the Bad End Kingdom, Majorina frequently conflicts with Wolfrun and Akaoni due to their disregard for her inventions or disinterest in her schemes. She shares a specific rivalry with Cure March, whose honest nature contrasts her deceitful tactics. This dynamic surfaces when Majorina exploits Cure March's vulnerabilities, like luring the Midorikawa siblings with a cursed apple to create a Hyper Akanbe, deeply traumatizing the Cure. Majorina's inventions—body-swapping rings, a size-altering mallet, emotion-suppressing neck rings, invisibility cameras, and age-altering potions—often go missing or are misused by comrades, inadvertently creating chaos the Pretty Cure must resolve. Despite setbacks, she persists, using devices like enchanted dice to trap the Cures in games or "become-a-human" jewels to infiltrate their school as transfer student Majo Rina. In the climactic battle to revive Pierrot, Majorina and the commanders are initially defeated by the Pretty Cure. Later resurrected by Joker, he grants them enhanced powers via Super and Hyper Akanbe noses. For a final bid, they use a last-chance Black Nose to achieve hyper-powered forms, with Majorina becoming stronger and more youthful. Ultimately, purified by Cure Happy's powers, she is reborn as the benevolent fairy Majorin (or Margie), shedding her villainous identity and wielding a wand tipped with a glove.
