Description
Dizelmine Fin E Ld Si rules Le Garite, a planetary system hurtling towards catastrophic collision with its neighbor, De Metrio. This existential crisis fuels his singular drive: ensuring Le Garite's survival by any means, even De Metrio's destruction. He is the older brother of Lan, a main protagonist, and initially appears protective. Yet, his methods involve exploitation, including authorizing invasive experiments on Lan to harness her connection to the Vox Units—ancient mecha tied to the cataclysmic Rin-ne legend. These experiments halt when De Metrio attacks his space station, forcing retreat.

In Season 2, Dizelmine targets Madoka Kyouno, pilot of the Vox Aura, believing her abilities can weaponize the Rin-ne to annihilate De Metrio. He orchestrates political maneuvers at an intergalactic conference in Kamogawa, posing as a diplomat while secretly advancing his genocidal plan. His tactics involve deploying Le Garite forces to Earth and manipulating events to unleash the Vox Units' full power. He forms a crucial alliance with the mad scientist Balance T. Moid, who shares his goal of activating the Rin-ne, driven by obsessive curiosity. This partnership leads Dizelmine to sanction a dangerous experiment on Madoka, nearly triggering an apocalyptic event.

Dizelmine's downfall comes during a direct confrontation with Madoka, Lan, and Muginami. Madoka physically assaults him and delivers a scathing critique of his destructive philosophy, forcibly confronting him with the consequences of his actions. This, coupled with Moid's betrayal—as the scientist prioritizes opening the Rin-ne over planetary survival—catalyzes Dizelmine's redemption. He abandons his genocidal plan, helps neutralize Moid, and aids in altering the orbits of Le Garite and De Metrio to prevent collision. In the aftermath, he abdicates his throne to Lan, accepting responsibility and symbolizing a shift toward peace.

His character arc, spanning both seasons and the OVA "Kamogawa Days," traces his evolution from a calculating ruler willing to sacrifice others to a figure recognizing the value of reconciliation.
