Description
Kiyoka Kojima, a staff member at Books Kinokuniya bookstore, shares a connection to the Library Defense Force stemming from Atsushi Dojo's rescue of her during an unspecified prior incident. When Dojo sustains a leg injury during the operation to protect author Kurato Tōma, Kojima shelters him within her workplace as a temporary refuge while Iku Kasahara and Tōma proceed towards Osaka consulates.
Later, Kojima intercepts Kasahara's coded communication revealing their location near the British Consulate-General, enabling the Library Defense Force's timely intervention against Media Betterment Committee agents. Tōma later frames this collective effort in a fairy tale metaphor: a troubadour saved from oppression by two bluebirds.
Kojima's actions directly contribute to Tōma successfully securing asylum at the British consulate, an outcome that subsequently fuels international condemnation of Japan's Media Betterment Act.
