Alector is the daughter of the cyborg tyrant Caesar, ruler of a post-apocalyptic Japan, and appears in *Urotsukidoji III: Return of the Overfiend*. She is a virgin princess living under her father’s control. She is an adult female with blue eyes and green hair that falls to her shoulders. Alector develops a relationship with Buju, a monster-man hybrid, and falls in love with him. This leads Buju to make a deal to take her to the lower world. Caesar, driven by obsession with his daughter and his desire for power, collaborates with the sorcerer Faust to locate and use the entity Kyo-o to kill the Chojin and achieve world domination.
