Dr. Münchhausen II, a human antagonist consumed by vengeance, seeks retribution for his father’s execution under the Third Reich. His father, a Nazi scientist, perished during a catastrophic 1944 experiment attempting to summon the primordial entity Kyō-Ō via the "death-rape machine," an event that obliterated a Berlin district and fractured Münchhausen II’s psyche. Inheriting his father’s occult journals, he obsessively studied the interplay between human, demon, and man-beast realms, intent on resurrecting Kyō-Ō to annihilate humanity. To anchor the entity in the mortal world, he targeted Takeaki Kiryū, cousin of the Chōjin’s human host, orchestrating a blood transfusion that warped Takeaki into a monstrous vessel. Münchhausen II exploited alliances with the exiled demon Kohōki, weaponizing Kohōki’s unresolved passion for Megumi Amano to further his scheme. His methods blended psychological manipulation, strategic betrayals, and the deployment of his father’s machine, repurposing sexual violence as an occult catalyst. Driven by nihilistic disdain for humanity’s fragility, he viewed cosmic dominance as his birthright. His machinations climaxed in a skyscraper battle in Shinjuku, where overreliance on coercion sparked rebellion among his allies. Though his cunning unraveled amidst the chaos, his death during Kyō-Ō’s thwarted awakening underscored his tragic arc—a descent into tyranny forged by inherited trauma and unquenchable hunger for power.
