Description
Aya Akabane is the central protagonist. Her loud personality, fashion focus, and persistent attempts to project sexiness frequently trigger comedic mishaps. She possesses a notably short temper, often directing outbursts—including grabbing Konatsu Toro's ponytail—towards Konatsu. Aya resides at the all-girls boarding school, Gokurakuin Girls' School.

Her interactions include dealing with Asuka Utsunomiya, who displays romantic interest; Asuka's kisses often provoke shy reactions from Aya. Despite her older sister Saya Akabane's outwardly sweet and gentle personality, Aya harbors significant fear towards her due to Saya's association with the biker gang led by their teacher, Kaname Oku.

Notable incidents involving Aya encompass losing her underwear and attempting to steal Konatsu's, developing persistent hiccups requiring group intervention, nearly drowning during a pool scheme only to receive CPR (and her first kiss) from Kaname, contracting a cold treated unconventionally by Asuka, suffering amnesia after slipping on a banana peel, and engaging in a heated competition with wealthy transfer student Minami Kurihashi over perceived desirability. During one infirmary incident, Konatsu inadvertently viewed Aya's genitalia, termed "peanut" in the context.

Aya's attempts to dominate socially or sexually consistently backfire, reinforcing the comedic structure through repeated humiliation. An original video animation episode features a hot springs trip where Aya becomes unsettled by a scary story while Asuka pursues Ai Nanasato. No significant character evolution or expanded backstory beyond these events is documented across the series or its additional media.
