Description
Tooru Utsubari is a 17-year-old high school student from a wealthy background. Within his close-knit trio alongside Futaba Hanaya and Hikaru Isago, he grounds the group as the most serious, honest, and reliable member. He harbors a long-held, unspoken romantic affection for Futaba dating back to their childhood.

Shared formative experiences define his past with Futaba and Hikaru, including a nighttime adventure to a toy shop where they faced a stern shopkeeper. Tooru joined in singing "Happy Birthday" to calm the situation, demonstrating early cooperation. Years later, he forgot Futaba's birthday during an argument with Hikaru, causing friction until Min-chan intervened. This event prompted them to create a time capsule with meaningful items at their secret base, cementing their bond.

In the parallel 2D dimension, Tooru manifests as Chou Oji, a three-year-old boy distinguished by his glasses and a cool, self-confident exterior. Despite mature speech and strategic thinking, Chou Oji retains core childish traits and emotional vulnerabilities, mirroring Tooru's complexity. He shares complicated feelings toward Hikaru-kun, the parallel version of Hikaru Isago. Chou Oji actively resists the world's oppressive forces, using his Spirit Cloth (SpiCloth) powers derived from his glasses to create protective barriers in battle.

He plays tactical roles, formulating plans like using Futaba as a distraction during enemy facility infiltrations. His existence as Chou Oji creates a metaphysical link to Tooru's real-world identity, connected through shared symbols like glasses and the underlying tension between mature responsibility and concealed vulnerability.
