Description
Arbitro commands the narcotics syndicate Vischio while presiding over Toshima's lethal Igura battle arena. He adopts a theatrical and pretentious persona, marked by flamboyant mannerisms and gaudy attire: a signature white mask adorned with red details, a purple feather boa, a white suit, and blonde hair, standing 181 cm tall.
Born into affluence, childhood trauma permanently warped Arbitro after witnessing his parents kidnap, assault, and sexually abuse young boys.
