TV Special
Description
The Policewoman is a traffic safety officer featured in an educational public service video. As a dedicated and authoritative figure, she instructs both main characters and civilians on proper traffic safety procedures.

Her primary role involves intervening in dangerous situations to educate individuals about road safety. She first appears after a young boy playing with a toy car is nearly hit by a speeding truck. She checks on the boy and explains the importance of looking both ways before entering the street, then reprimands the truck driver for the speeding evident from the skid marks.

Later, she encounters Goku after he recklessly runs across a busy highway. She teaches him that pedestrians must use designated crosswalks and obey traffic signals, waiting for the blue walk signal. She further explains that a flashing light warns of an imminent change to red, meaning pedestrians should not begin to cross. Though Goku shows little interest initially, she firmly conveys that these rules are essential for everyone's safety, which he eventually understands.

Her final intervention occurs when a young child, Shinseki, runs into the street and is nearly hit by a car. After Goku saves the boy using his Power Pole, the officer arrives to reinforce the lesson about not running into the street and uses the opportunity to teach about the function of stoplights.

Her appearance resembles Launch, a character from the main Dragon Ball series, sharing the same blonde hair and voice actor. Despite this resemblance and being credited as "Lunch" in the cast section, she is considered a distinct character within the context of this safety video.

Her function is ultimately educational. The narrative concludes with her blowing a whistle to stop a pursuing group from running into the street, cementing her role as a symbol of traffic authority and safety. The video ends with the characters directly addressing the audience to reinforce the importance of traffic rules.
