Baron Leltoy, the youngest member of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers Resistance in *New Vestroia*, battles primarily with the Haos attribute alongside his partner Bakugan, Saint Nemus. He utilizes a Bakugan Trap named Piercian. Baron possesses spiky pink or purple hair often covered by a red headband and a muscular build despite being 12 years old during *New Vestroia*, approaching 13 later in the series.
Initially plagued by confidence issues after losing Blade Tigrerra to Spectra Phantom in his first on-screen battle, Baron fears further defeats and potential harm to Nemus. He overcomes this during a pivotal battle against Shadow Prove, regaining his confidence and securing a victory where he takes three of Shadow's Bakugan [citation:].
Baron displays intense admiration for the original Battle Brawlers, especially Dan Kuso, often with enthusiastic fandom that embarrasses Dan. Mira Fermin notes Baron has posters of the team in his room, and this admiration sometimes leads to overexcitement or clumsiness around his idols.
As the eldest of seven siblings (Biron, Buron, Beron, Boron, Maron, and Miron), Baron is deeply protective and caring. Concerns about limited living space for his large family lead him to consider moving out after Ace Grit provides apartment information and job suggestions. His younger sister Maron appears in the series, joining him briefly on Earth where he takes her to an amusement park and involves her in Bakugan activities.
Throughout *New Vestroia*, Baron participates in key battles and story arcs. He travels to Earth to pursue the Vexos, experiencing human culture and aiding the Resistance. Notable victories include defeating Lync Volan single-handedly and Volt Luster in Gamma City, earning the latter's respect. He teams up with Shun Kazami in a tag battle against Volt and Boriates, protecting the Ventus attribute energy. Baron assists in critical missions like destroying the Dimension Controller in Beta City and infiltrating and destroying the Alternative Weapon System's core alongside Dan, Shun, and Ace.
Entrusted with the Haos attribute energy by the Legendary Soldiers of Vestroia, Baron causes Nemus to evolve into Saint Nemus. He later loses this energy during an ambush by Prince Hydron while at a park with his siblings. Baron demonstrates resourcefulness with his Gauntlet, using it for multiple purposes including as a countdown timer for the Bakugan Termination System.
After the Vexos' defeat, Baron returns to Vestal with Keith Fermin, Mira Fermin, Gus Grav, and Ace Grit. A special Japanese ending scene depicts him playing soccer with his siblings before accidentally hitting Ace with the ball and fleeing as Ace chases him. His final appearance occurs in *Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge*, shown in a photograph during Marucho Marukura's reflection on past allies.
Baron is the first brawler to use a Bakugan Trap after the introduction of Battle Gear and the only one to use a Trap against Battle Gear. He shares similarities with Jake Vallory from *Gundalian Invaders*, such as a muscular build, initial inexperience, and nicknames for Dan and Marucho. Baron is also a competent cook.
