Noriko Owari serves as president of her school's newspaper club. Her involvement with the girls' baseball team began when she joined as the seventh or eighth member, playing center field. This position resulted not from personal interest but from an obligation to settle an outstanding debt owed to Tomoe Tsukubae, compelling her participation. Noriko eventually retired from active play, stepping away from her role on the field. Despite leaving the team, she maintained her connection by continuing to support them as a fan.
