Dokeen, known as Dokin-chan in Japanese, is a germ-based character from the Anpanman universe. She acts as Baikinman's partner in crime and a recurring secondary antagonist. Her design includes an orange-red germ body with a white face, green eyes, small red cheeks and nose, pink shoes, white hands, a single antenna, and a long tail reminiscent of Mushibaikinman.

Dokeen displays a selfish, demanding, childish, and greedy personality, frequently bossing Baikinman around and demanding favors. Yet she occasionally shows kindness, particularly through her persistent romantic infatuation with Shokupanman. Her room features Shokupanman posters and plush toys, and she often daydreams about their relationship. She typically flees battles when losing. Dokeen has a younger sister, Kokinchan; their sibling dynamic involves rivalry over their shared affection for Shokupanman.

Her equipment includes a rarely used staff with ends that enlarge or shrink objects. She pilots a long pink UFO for transportation, occasionally using it to hold hostages in Baikinman's schemes. The character appears in songs like "I am Dokeen" and "Doki Doki Dokinchan," plus duets with Baikinman and Shokupanman. Her English Tubi dub name blends the Japanese onomatopoeia "doki" (heartbeat), "baikin" (germ), and the suffix "-chan."
