Description
Fujino Asagami possesses suppressed telekinetic abilities inherited from her father's lineage, sealed by childhood medication that rendered her insensitive to pain. Her family dynamic shifted when her mother remarried, making her the Asagami family's eldest daughter. During junior high, Mikiya Kokutou aided her after a track event leg injury, leaving a lasting positive impression. At Reien Girl's Academy, she befriended Azaka Kokutou. Off-campus medical appointments exposed her to repeated assaults by a local gang. One attack restored her pain perception and partially unlocked her powers. Mistaking appendicitis agony for a stabbing during an assault, she killed most attackers using her abilities, sparing one escapee. This incident led to an encounter with Souren Araya, who healed her spine to manipulate her into confronting Shiki Ryougi.

Her powers manifest as Mystic Eyes of Distortion, generating rotational axes within her line of sight to warp objects or living beings—twisting leftward from her left eye and rightward from her right, causing severe dismemberment. Initially constrained by her perception of bendable objects, her capabilities expanded during the battle with Shiki, where temporary clairvoyance allowed distortion beyond direct sight. The conflict deteriorated her vision irreparably, necessitating a blind stick.

In "Remaining Sense of Pain", she hunted remaining gang members and bystanders, deriving pleasure from killing. Mikiya identified her terminal appendicitis and revealed her revenge stemmed from a misunderstanding, as she had preemptively killed the knife-wielder. After Shiki defeated her and destroyed her appendicitis, Fujino regressed to a childlike mental state. She lost her sight temporarily, requiring months of recovery, and later gained notoriety for the serial killings and a bridge collapse.

"Oblivion Recorder" depicts her adapting to vision impairment at Reien Academy, with Azaka briefly interacting post-campus return. "Future Gospel" shows her intervening with Miyazuki, a Reien student planning suicide after her friend Yuuko Andou's death. Fujino, using a walking stick due to poor eyesight, encounters Miyazuki at night, threatening her with powers to prevent the suicide before urging her to value life. Later, she answers Azaka's call and joins Shizune Seo in welcoming Azaka back.

"Future Gospel: Extra Chorus" includes "Daylight", set between earlier chapters. Fujino meets Miyazuki intending to jump from a bridge. She distorts the bridge's metal structure as a deterrent, confessing regret over past murders while compelling Miyazuki to reconsider—demonstrating her complex morality through coercive power use for perceived righteous ends.

"Final Record" features her alongside Azaka, Shizune, and Misaya Ouji in a surreal zombie apocalypse and shared dream sequence orchestrated by Touko Aozaki's magical artifact, ended when Shiki severs the illusion.

Post-recovery, she appears in the "Mahoutsukai no Yoru" collaboration event within "Fate/Grand Order", hired by Shiki as a bodyguard for Mikiya and their daughter Mana during a mountain inn stay.
