Description
Chise Waraku is a student at Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy and a member of the Yin-Yang Club, which serves as the academy's de-facto student council. She earned the title "Princess Waraku" following a celebrated performance at Hyakkiyako that featured interactive audience participation.

Known for her quiet and absent-minded disposition, Chise often appears detached from her surroundings. She holds a deep appreciation for traditional culture, especially haiku poetry, which she composes on the spot whenever inspiration strikes. Her dreamy demeanor, enigmatic presence, and subtle mannerisms attract the admiration of her peers, though she remains oblivious to their envy. Despite her seemingly aloof attitude, Chise is sincerely dedicated to helping her friends whenever they need assistance.

Although the Yin-Yang Club carries out administrative duties, it is also known for addressing requests in an irresponsible manner. Chise first appeared during the "An Unconcealed Heart" side event in a minor role. She later took on a supporting protagonist role in the "Momoyodou Beach Bar Franchising Plan" side event, where the club’s president, Niya Amachi, assigned her to help uncover a scam orchestrated by a shady organization. For this mission, she adopted a swimsuit variant outfit and took part in operations related to the beach bar venture.

In the main story, Chise appeared as a supporting protagonist in the second chapter of the final volume, "Where All Miracles Begin," and the first chapter of the fifth volume, "Hyakka Ryōran." She is equipped with a grenade launcher called the Type 575 Howitzer and employs skills with distinctive naming conventions.

Chise was also present at a mall during a summer sale event where several clubs—including the Foreclosure Task Force, Make-Up Work Club, Prefect Team, and Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy—collaborated to resolve a crisis caused by automated turrets.
