Description
Himatsu is a young boy residing in Takigakure, the Village Hidden by a Waterfall, characterized by his black hair and black eyes. He actively participates in village life, seen interacting directly with the leader Shibuki and other children. During Team 7's escort mission returning Shibuki to Takigakure, Himatsu calls out to Shibuki, requesting help with community tasks like clearing trash near the village entrance.
When Takigakure is attacked by the rogue ninja Suien and his Hidden Rain allies, Himatsu is present as his mother arrives, distressed, to warn of the invasion before collapsing. Sasuke Uchiha instructs Sakura Haruno to evacuate Himatsu, his mother, and the other children, but this attempt fails, resulting in their capture by the invaders.
Himatsu and the other villagers are held hostage within the village cave. Suien's group uses them as bargaining chips to coerce Shibuki into surrendering Takigakure's secret "Hero Water," a substance granting temporary power at the cost of lifespan. Himatsu and the hostages are eventually rescued after the combined efforts of Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Shibuki—who consumes the Hero Water to defeat the invaders.
Himatsu's documented role is confined solely to these events within this special narrative.
