Description
Shinya Sinclair, the protagonist, is born to an English father and a Japanese mother. After his mother’s death in his childhood, he grows up in his father’s homeland. Yearning to reconnect with his maternal heritage, he journeys to Kuramachi, his mother’s snow-covered hometown where his parents met and married.
A leg injury during his stay forces him to seek treatment at a local clinic, extending his time in the town. This recovery period deepens his interactions with several young women, including a defining encounter with Narumi, a book-loving resident at the clinic.
His aunt Miyu, who lives in Kuramachi, tends to him at her church during his convalescence. The story centers on his evolving relationships within the town, weaving themes of cultural identity and personal bonds through these connections.
