Kiinu actively pursues Sakura and Shizuku in Sakuragahara to capture them on its master's orders. During confrontations, Kiinu demonstrates the ability to merge with Akainu, combining into a single, more powerful purple entity named Ooinu. This fused form battles multiple Pretty Cure teams but is overpowered and purified, reverting to separate origami states. Kiinu operates solely under Karasu Tengu's direct command, with no depicted independent motivations or character development beyond this antagonistic role. Following Karasu Tengu's defeat, Kiinu returns to an inanimate origami form alongside Akainu, concluding its role.
