Displaying an easygoing yet cocky demeanor, he radiates confidence in his capabilities—particularly his exceptional speed, which enables him to outpace Cure Diamond. This bravado coexists with an undercurrent of sensitivity.

He first appears when Marsh summons a colossal whale-shaped blimp using a clarinet. Deployed alongside Silver Clock against Cure Diamond and Cure Rosetta, Purple Buggy employs rapid movement by spinning his tire-like legs at high velocities. His combat prowess extends to generating tire spikes that penetrate Cure Diamond’s Diamond Shower.

During the confrontation, Purple Buggy and Silver Clock merge into a combined entity, overwhelming the Cures. They meet their end when exhausted by Cure Diamond’s Diamond Blizzard and Cure Rosetta’s Rosetta Reflection Double Crush attack, culminating in their destruction.
