Bebell is a mysterious mascot character who emerges during the crisis triggered by Marsh. She approaches Sharuru and the other fairies, instructing them to enter their partners' memories to rescue them from entrapment. Bebell discloses a prior connection to Marsh and voices caution regarding Mana's intense determination.

Her background unfolds gradually as the story advances. Bebell aids Sharuru in reaching Mana within her altered childhood memories, enabling Mana to reunite with her deceased grandmother and pet dog, Mallow. After the Cures defeat the clarinet controlling Marsh, Bebell assumes responsibility for Mallow's lingering psyche. At this moment, she reveals her true identity as Isuzu Bandou, Mana's grandmother. When Mana asks if she will see Mallow again, Bebell assures her of the enduring connections that transcend time and loss.
