Based on available information, Nekketsu appears as a playable character in the RPGs *Otaku no Seiza: An Adventure in the Otaku Galaxy* (Famicom, 1991) and its remake *Aurora Quest: Otaku no Seiza in Another World* (PC Engine, 1993). He joins the player's party alongside the protagonist and Jonjon. Within these games, Nekketsu gains the ability to cast spells following specific story events, triggered by acquiring plasma crystals from defeated bosses. The character is also listed in the cast of the 1994 *Otaku no Seiza* OVA adaptation. The name "Nekketsu" found in unrelated contexts, such as a high school in the *Kunio-kun* series, refers to different entities.
