He operates with cruelty and ruthlessness, orchestrating a dangerous hostage situation to seize the cargo. As a supernatural wizard, Zarik wields abilities beyond conventional means. His confrontation primarily involves battling Leina Haruka and special agent Laika Strange, who oppose his plans to secure the cargo and endanger the passengers.
