Yasashiku Gouda, also known as Yasashiku Goda, is the son of Takeshi "Gian" Gouda. His Japanese name, meaning "gently" or "nice," reflects his fundamentally kinder and less aggressive nature compared to his father. He appears in the future-set short film "Dorami-chan: Mini-Dora SOS!!!" where the original Doraemon characters are adults. Physically resembling Gian, earlier designs depicted Yasashiku as shorter and more obese. In the 2005 version, he wears a green shirt and blue shoes. Contrasting Gian's typically domineering and violent tendencies, Yasashiku is gentle, non-confrontational, and generally averse to aggression. Within the film, Yasashiku accidentally receives the Mini-Doraemon package after Nobisuke Nobi throws it at his face, causing him to cry and flee from Nobita's house. After tripping and opening the package, he discovers Mini-Dora and begins interacting with it. He teams up with Nobisuke and Suneki Honekawa (Suneo's son) to play with Mini-Dora, using its gadgets for adventures and mischief. Yasashiku actively participates in evading Dorami, who aims to retrieve Mini-Dora. His relationships include a friendship with Nobisuke and Suneki, contrasting with the more contentious dynamic among their fathers. Yasashiku shares a bond with Mini-Dora, caring for it and following its instruction manual.
