Yasashiku "Jaichibi" Gōda is the son of Takeshi "Gian" Gōda from the original series. His physical appearance differs between adaptations: the 1979 version depicts him with Gian's facial features but shorter and more obese, while the 2005 iteration shows him closely resembling his father, typically clad in a green shirt and blue shoes.
Unlike Gian's domineering and aggressive tendencies, Yasashiku exhibits a gentler, reserved personality. He avoids confrontation, dislikes violence, and consistently displays kindness—traits reflecting his name "Yasashiku," meaning "gently" or "nice" in Japanese.
Introduced in the narrative crying when brought to Shizuka's house by Gian, his sensitivity surfaces early. After accidentally receiving a package containing Mini-Dora, he forms an attachment to the small robot. He joins Nobisuke (Nobita's son) and Suneki (Suneo's son) in playful activities using futuristic gadgets, which Mini-Dora provides in exchange for dorayaki.
Yasashiku demonstrates responsibility by consulting Mini-Dora's care manual and turns protective when the group evades Dorami, who seeks to reclaim the robot. During the pursuit, he collaborates with friends to deploy gadgets like the "Labyrinth Globe" and "Solar Yacht," though fear grips him when Dorami locates them. His role revolves around his bond with Mini-Dora and interactions within the children's group.
