Shou Suzuki, son of Claw's founder Toichiro Suzuki, grew up in a nurturing household until his father’s world-domination ambitions fractured their family. Rejecting Claw’s ideals alongside his mother, Shou fled home and rallied former Claw espers into a resistance group, adopting the title "Leader" to challenge Toichiro’s regime. Blending confidence, humor, and calculated ruthlessness, Shou maintains a cheerful exterior but masks volatile emotions, often hiding his face when agitated. He strategically manipulates events to achieve goals, fabricating his family’s demise and burning the Kageyama residence to push Mob into opposing Toichiro. His pragmatism surfaces in brutal confrontations, such as overpowering Ishiguro, and exploiting allies’ abilities for tactical advantage. In the 7th Division Arc, Shou recruits powerful espers by effortlessly subduing Ritsu Kageyama, later capturing both Ritsu and Mob. He taunts Teruki Hanazawa playfully and employs invisibility to covertly monitor conflicts. During the World Domination Arc, he confronts Toichiro with a three-month accumulated psychic blast, only to be overwhelmed. Rescued by Mob, he later aids him by disclosing Toichiro’s energy-draining weakness. Post-defeat, Shou shows concern for Toichiro’s fate, underscoring lingering familial bonds. In the ???% Arc, he collaborates with his father to contain Mob’s rampage, devising counterstrategies until both retreat upon recognizing futility. By the epilogue, he attends Reigen’s birthday party, signaling tentative reconciliation with former foes. Shou’s psychic arsenal includes telekinesis, light-based invisibility, and a Charge Bomb that stockpiles energy for explosive strikes. Though claiming parity with Claw’s elites, his orange-hued abilities—combining agility and blunt force—prove inferior to Mob and Toichiro. Outside combat, Shou favors spicy pork curry, pro wrestling theatrics, and sketching. He owns a pet hamster, admires the film *Mach Fighter Futoshi 4*, and insists subordinates address him as "Leader." Despite his middle-school age, his formal education remains undefined.
