Sanae Yuuki appears in "Desperate Carnal Housewives". She is a young woman from a wealthy household, with brown hair reaching her neck and yellow or olive-colored eyes.

Arriving too late to enroll her son in a new school after admissions closed, Sanae becomes distressed. She fears her in-laws will blame her if her son cannot attend this specific school. Noticing her distress, another character, Shigezo-san, offers his assistance, presenting himself as helpful. Sanae accepts his aid but fails to recognize his true intentions until it is too late. Under the false pretense of arranging a parent-teacher conference, Shigezo-san leads her to an abandoned location. There, punitive actions are taken against Sanae herself in place of her child.
