The USR employs cutting-edge weaponry like vertical anti-ship cluster rockets and homing torpedoes to disrupt naval operations and sink vessels. Admiral Red's strategic brilliance enables him to orchestrate assaults that exploit enemy vulnerabilities, such as the Peace-Keeping Navy's (PKN) fractured command during their first fleet gathering.
