Description
Stoica, alias Scotia in the Japanese iteration, wielded Aquos energy as a brawler of Gundalia’s Major Twelve Orders, partnered with Aquos Lythirus and its Razoid Battle Gear. His fractured psyche oscillated between a charming "angel" facade and a brutal "devil" alter ego, rendering him dangerously unpredictable—playfully mocking allies like Airzel one moment, then drowning enemies and allies alike in flooded battlefields the next. As the youngest Order member, he compensated with cunning strategies, deploying deceptive maneuvers that outmaneuvered foes. Though publicly unwavering in loyalty to Emperor Barodius, his true motives blurred ambition and allegiance, exploiting rivals’ weaknesses to ascend Gundalia’s hierarchy.

He neutralized adversaries through calculated subterfuge: exposing Airzel’s lies about Kazarina’s death, orchestrating Jesse Glenn’s elimination, and cornering Gill by forcing confessions of regicide. Combat tactics leveraged his aquatic mastery, overpowering Marucho Marukura undersea and unleashing lethal Ability Cards like *Death End Merman* against Fabia Sheen and Nurzak. Yet overconfidence proved his downfall; Dan Kuso and Fabia exploited his predictability, toppling him through Bakugan-swapping mid-battle.

In Gundalia’s political theater, he secured influence by engineering teammates’ demises, most notably manipulating Barodius into executing Airzel after Kazarina’s assassination revelation. His final act saw him sabotage Neathia’s defenses by blinding Dragonoid Colossus, enabling Phantom Dharak’s assault—a partnership ending in betrayal as Dharak obliterated both Stoica and Lythirus.

Distinctive traits defied convention: a human disguise echoing *Final Fantasy VII* SOLDIER aesthetics, mismatched teal hair contradicting Aquos’s blue hues, and a name meaning "stoic" despite volatile emotional swings. Alone among the Twelve Orders, he never directly betrayed Barodius, his chaotic loyalty persisting until Dharak’s intervention severed it fatally.
