Description
Minato Takahashi is a tall, muscular student with short dark green hair, sea-green eyes, and a signature light blue motif. As the eldest of seven siblings, he balances responsibilities at home—caring for younger brothers Ushio and Tsubasa, three sisters, two brothers, and assisting his parents and grandmothers—while managing their family inn in Shizuoka after his mother’s injury temporarily calls him home. His dependable nature extends to Edel Rose, where he supports peers by listening to their struggles and cooking meals for the dormitory, inspired by mentor Kouji Mihama. He creatively transforms disliked ingredients into appealing dishes, such as reinventing celery for Shin Ichijo, and nurtures vegetables in a hidden garden, blending culinary passion with self-sufficiency.

Though initially noncompetitive as a Prism Star, Minato grapples with self-doubt in both cooking and performances, nearly leaving Edel Rose during the Prism 1 Grand Prix. A heartfelt talk with his parents reignites his resolve to grow, leading him to refine his craft. His Prism acts, featuring jumps titled *Minato's Chef's Choice à la Carte* and *Grand Homecoming Harbor*, intertwine cooking motifs with familial ties, earning 8450 karats.

His journey includes reconciling admiration for Kouji with self-identity, exemplified by recreating Kouji’s apple honey curry to comfort a friend before realizing the need to carve his own path. This introspection marks his shift from mentorship reliance to self-assuredness. While known for kindness, Minato’s rare sternness commands caution, though his actions—whether through meals, emotional support, or collaborative Prism Shows—consistently prioritize unity, cementing his role as a harmonizing force in his community.
