Tsukasa Tokitou, known as Chrono in Wonderland, serves as the sadistic school doctor in reality, deliberately causing significant distress to protagonist Arisa Minase. She actively avoids him due to his harsh demeanor and brutal words. In Wonderland, he embodies the Mad Hatter, consumed by an obsessive desire to capture and destroy Alice (Arisa).
