Description
Jikan manifests as a little girl perpetually bound to follow Chrono, a connection imposed upon her rather than chosen. She functions as Chrono's designated acquaintance within Wonderland's structure, frequently present alongside him during pivotal moments. Alice bestowed the name "Jikan," meaning "Time," reflecting her intrinsic link to the realm's temporal distortions.

Jikan comprehends Wonderland's cyclical nature, where each day endlessly repeats due to Alice's absence. Alongside the sentient flower Elizabeth, she reveals to Alice that Chrono hosts daily tea parties culminating in the Queen of Hearts decapitating Jack. This loop persists until Alice fully assumes her role as protagonist. Jikan's very existence anchors Wonderland's stagnation and its potential restoration.

Her involvement spans multiple narratives. In Shadow's route, she raises the alarm when Shadow takes Chrono hostage during his destructive spree. Within Kuro Usagi's story, she joins the choice to reset Wonderland's timeline after Chrono steals the reality-altering book and beheads its denizens. Consequently, Jikan and Kuro Usagi repeatedly restart events until Alice successfully stabs the Queen of Hearts, an act leading to Alice's transformation into a heartless ruler.

Jikan's relationship with Chrono remains complex; she trails him despite evident reluctance. In a critical story branch, Alice must wipe Chrono's tears to achieve an ending where Jikan's presence gains acknowledgment. Her role consistently intersects with manipulating time, enforcing Wonderland's rules, and navigating the consequences of its characters' actions.
