Zenthon emerged spontaneously as a Mechtogan born from Titanium Dragonoid's uncontrolled power surges after exposure to Code Eve. Initially manifesting as a destructive force, he wielded dragon-like capabilities: flight at super speed, the ability to spew white-hot fire, and metallic armor that nullified enemy attacks. His early actions involved indiscriminate assaults, interrupting battles between other fighters and defeating Bakugan like Trister and Krakenoid in single blows. During this phase, he operated with autonomy and hostility, dismissing opponents as "filthy insects."
Zenthon's relationship with Titanium Dragonoid and its partner, Dan Kuso, evolved significantly. Following repeated chaotic manifestations, Titanium Dragonoid deduced that Zenthon, as its creation, must obey its commands. This forced Zenthon into the role of a reluctant ally, notably intervening to protect Dan and Drago from Venexus during the critical battle in "Chaos Control." Further synchronization efforts culminated in "Triple Threat," where Dan, Drago, and Zenthon achieved full harmony, enabling the creation of the immensely powerful Mechtogan Titan counterpart, Zenthon Titan. From this point onward, Zenthon acknowledged Dan and Drago as his masters.
As a synchronized ally, Zenthon fought alongside Titanium Dragonoid and Zenthon Titan in numerous battles. Key victories included defeating enemy Mechtogans and Mechtogan Titans such as Deezall, Miserak, Rockfist, Smasheon, Braxion, Venexus, and Venexus Titan. He also engaged in large-scale conflicts against swarms of Flash Ingrams and cloned Dreadeons. However, synchronization remained fragile; external interference by the entity Mag Mel caused Dan and Drago to lose control, resulting in Zenthon damaging Interspace infrastructure and attacking other brawlers.
Zenthon's story concluded during the confrontation with Razenoid's forces. In "The Final Takedown," he and Zenthon Titan expended all their energy to destroy Dreadeon and Razen Titan, resulting in their complete dissolution. This sacrifice enabled Titanium Dragonoid's subsequent evolution into Fusion Dragonoid, ultimately leading to Razenoid's defeat. Zenthon appeared one final time in a flashback sequence generated by Genesis Dragonoid.
In the physical Bakugan game, Zenthon was designated #01 in the Mechtogan line, with G-Power levels varying by Attribute: Pyrus and Subterra variants possessed 180 Gs, while Aquos, Haos, and Ventus possessed 170 Gs.
