Kodokor, a dragonfly-like Darkus Bakugan of the Nonet faction, bears a metallic-plated head and specializes in aerial assaults. Imprisoned in the Doom Dimension with his kin, he was liberated by Wiseman to exact vengeance on Drago—descendant of the Original Dragonoid who banished them—and aid in summoning destructive Mechtogan. His combat style emphasizes relentless aggression, wielding abilities such as Combat Smasher, Dark Anthem, and Doom Sonic. Fixed Defense allows him to absorb enemy strikes, though overloading risks self-annihilation.
In clashes against adversaries like Radizen and Jakkor, Kodokor deployed Battle Suits such as Clawbruk and Fortatron to bolster his offense and defense. He allied with fellow Nonets Betadron and Mutabrid, merging into Gliderak—a fusion entity executing advanced aerial tactics like Sky Panzer. Despite Gliderak’s prowess, it fell repeatedly to combined forces such as Drago and Reptak’s Aeroblitz.
Beyond frontline battles, Kodokor contributed to summoning catastrophic entities like Mechtavius Destroyer and Nomadic Mechtogan, channeling collective energy to amplify their devastation. After Wiseman’s betrayal shifted his loyalty to Gunz Lazar, Kodokor faced Mechtavius Destroyer in a final showdown. There, he sacrificed himself to create a breach for Scorptak’s decisive strike, culminating in his own destruction.
His ball form showcases spiked, hand-like wings absent in physical game renditions. Despite winged anatomy, he preferred ground combat—a strategic paradox to his aerial design. The name “Kodokor” echoes komodo dragon facial traits, reflecting his draconic-insectoid hybrid visage.
