Description
Black Rabbit, known as Kuro Usagi, is a Moon Rabbit and Aristocrat of Little Garden. Approximately 200 years old, she has distinctive rabbit ears and blue hair that shifts to bright pink during intense emotions or combat readiness. Her standard attire includes a black vest, a red miniskirt blessed by Shiroyasha to prevent full exposure, black stockings with garters, and red shoes, worn primarily due to a promised pay increase for refereeing duties.

Her origins lie with the Moon Rabbit tribe, where she became the designated heiress at age ten after inheriting four divine gifts. An attack by Demon Lord Azi Dahaka likely eradicated her tribe, leaving her the last survivor. Rescued by Canaria, Leticia Draculair, and the Lion of the Sun, she was later adopted into the No Name community. Three years before the main events, a Demon Lord stripped No Name of its name, banner, and core members, forcing her to care for 120 children alongside Jin Russel and Lily. To save them, she summoned three gifted humans—Izayoi Sakamaki, Asuka Kudō, and Yō Kasukabe—to Little Garden.

Personality-wise, she is earnest, loyal, and compassionate, often prioritizing others' welfare over her own. This selflessness becomes a vulnerability, exploited when Perseus's leader nearly coerced her into joining his community to free Leticia. She typically maintains composure but is easily flustered by teasing, responding with comical violence like paper fan strikes. When allies face grave threats, such as Leticia's petrification, her hair turns pink as she unleashes formidable aggression, though allies like Izayoi intervene to prevent reckless declarations of war.

Her abilities include superhuman speed and leg strength rivaling Izayoi's, alongside the Gift "Judge Master," enabling her to officiate Gift Games impartially. Combat gifts include the "Spear of Indra," a lightning-controlling spear, and "Sun Armour" for enhanced durability. Her role as a referee restricts direct participation in games unless specific conditions are met.

Throughout the story, she evolves from concealing her community's desperation to openly relying on the summoned trio. Key developments include negotiating with Shiroyasha for resources, confronting Perseus to rescue Leticia using treasures Izayoi secured, and refereeing the subsequent Gift Game where No Name reclaimed their dignity. She witnesses Izayoi's capacity to "shatter Heaven, Earth, and stars" during the battle against Algol, deepening her trust in his abilities. Her relationships transition from initial exasperation to genuine partnership, seen when coordinating baths or discussing community rebuilding. Post-victory, she shifts focus toward restoring No Name's infrastructure, such as planting the Water Tree to replenish their reservoir, symbolizing renewed hope for the community's future.
