Heise Mowang, an evil ruler dominating a village, despised cheerfulness and embraced darkness. To impose his will, he erected a colossal wall encircling the village to blot out sunlight and confined all smiling children within the Ànhēi Fáng cave until their twentieth year. His enforcement relied on dark techniques: the Black Arts transformed victims into black mummies, while the Darkness Cosmos and Darkness Meteor Fist amplified his tyranny. Ramenman ultimately shattered the wall and executed the Rekka Taiyō Kyaku technique, overthrowing his reign. Later revelations exposed both the village and Heise Mowang as illusions crafted by Master Chen using a tray model. In the anime's movie adaptation, his visual design shifted from a black human figure to a literal devilish appearance, though he retained his role as the primary antagonist.
