Fears about contamination in Ukigumo Castle draw Anpanman to the scene, arriving to support the cleaning mission. However, Baikinman infiltrates the castle with the intent to spread filth globally, deploying his "bamboo rain" mechanism to exacerbate pollution. This act of sabotage directly threatens Princess Lola's vital mission.
