Description
Black Trader is the primary antagonist seeking the Seven Amulets, powerful magical artifacts that generate immense power when assembled. Commanding the secret Black Fund organization, he orchestrates schemes to steal the amulets from the Twin Angels. His background reveals he was formerly an assistant to Oscar Violet, father of twins Tesla and Nine Violet, collaborating on amulet research. The two frequently clashed over differing research approaches.
After an arson incident killed Tesla and Nine's parents, Black Trader rescued the twins. He adopted them while falsely blaming their parents' deaths on the Twin Angels, manipulating the sisters into serving him as Twin Phantom operatives. Exploiting their sense of indebtedness as their adoptive father, he directed them to carry out missions against the Twin Angels and locate the amulets, maintaining a relationship based on calculated manipulation.
During a critical mission at St. Cherine Academy to steal the remaining amulets, Black Trader observed Tesla and Nine hesitating in their confrontation with the Twin Angels, noting Nine's reluctance to fight her friend Haruka. He escalated by deploying an army of robots to attack the school directly. When Haruka tried reasoning with the sisters amidst the chaos, he authorized missile strikes that ignited a forest fire near the academy.
