Collette Farandole is a beastgirl student at the magical academy within the city-state of Ariadne, training to become a mage knight. While practicing a memory-erasing spell on her broom, she accidentally collides with Yue Ayase, causing Yue's total memory loss. Feeling responsible and wishing to avoid punishment, Collette offers to watch over Yue and assist her with academy studies. She is an avid fan of Nagi Springfield, holding fanclub membership number 96077 and possessing an extensive collection of related souvenirs and merchandise. Partnering with Yue for a tournament race competition, they perform strongly, even temporarily surpassing competitors Emily Sevensheep and Beatrix Monroe. During this event, Collette discovers that an empty card she found when Yue first arrived was Yue's Pactio Card. Later, during the siege at the Ostia ruins, Collette joins Ala Alba onboard the Great Paru-Sama. In the Anime Final movie, she participates in a collective magical attempt to prevent Mars from crashing into Earth. After the fusion of Earth and Mars creates a new world, she is seen shopping with Emily and Beatrix, where they encounter Yue and express approval of the transformed world.
