Recruited by Red Skull, he received enhancements via the Dimension Sphere, acquiring hydrokinetic abilities to mold water into serpentine constructs and a Biocode that compelled obedience from Animal-Class foes such as the Serpent Society.

His schemes included dispatching the Serpent Society to steal Iron Fist’s DISK, thwarted by the Avengers and Deadpool. He later attempted to broker a deceptive trade for the DISK with Deadpool, triggering an Avengers confrontation. Under Red Skull’s directive, he invaded Wakanda, deposed Black Panther, declared sovereignty, and enslaved citizens to erect a monument, leveraging hostages and Serpent Society reinforcements. Wakanda’s liberation ensued when Black Panther, allied with S.H.I.E.L.D. and Wasp, counterattacked, with Wasp’s armored tech securing Tiger Shark’s defeat.

A tactician who exploited alliances and aquatic powers, Tiger Shark advanced Red Skull’s agendas but faltered by rashly engaging the Avengers, prompting disciplinary recall. His downfall culminated in repeated losses to the Avengers’ coalition, ending with his permanent imprisonment within a DISK.
