TV-Series
Description
MODOK serves as a recurring antagonist. Initially aligned with Loki during the Raft prison breakout, he is most frequently summoned in DISK form by the villain Tim Gilliam. After Loki's defeat, his DISK is secured by the Avengers, only to be stolen by Mystique on Red Skull's orders, leading MODOK to join the Masters of Evil as a persistent threat within the alliance.

He maintains his signature appearance: a large-headed, technologically augmented organism requiring a hoverchair for mobility. His primary abilities are his vast intellect and potent psionic powers, deployed for strategic assaults and technological manipulation against heroes and their young allies.

MODOK participates in key conflicts, including an early battle aiding Loki in capturing Avengers within DISKs. He later directly confronts the children wielding DISKs and their superhero partners, such as attacking Akira Akatsuki and attempting to destroy the critical Biocode Installer. His technological expertise is utilized by allies for tasks like overriding Stark Industries systems or disrupting heroes' communications.

His presence remains consistently adversarial, acting as a high-level threat requiring coordinated hero efforts. Within the series, no extensive personal backstory, character evolution, or motivations beyond his role as a weapon for the Masters of Evil are explored. After joining them, he continues in subsequent missions orchestrated by Red Skull, contributing his intellect and psionic capabilities to the group's objectives without notable deviation in allegiance or personality.
