Her core personality is defined by a philosophy of "living efficiently," believing energy should be conserved solely for crucial moments. This results in characteristically sluggish movements and reactions, often causing unease in others. She speaks by dragging out the second-to-last syllable of her sentences.

In combat, Hirona wields the Minakuchi Rapier, a Western-style sword forged from tamahagane with a blade and hilt connected by screws. She introduces a combat effect known as Damage Cut Down, which reduces an opponent's effective HP to diminish the effectiveness of their Damage Cut abilities.
