Madoka Suehiro (末広 円香) is a 19-year-old office lady born July 18th, working in sales. She has short red hair parted to the side, red tsurime-shaped eyes, and a slim, pale body with measurements of 81 cm bust, 59 cm waist, and 87 cm hips.

Her personality is paradoxical, appearing simultaneously strong and weak. Though openly mocking middle-aged men, she harbors an underlying fetish for them. Typically carefree, she possesses intense loyalty and would risk her life to protect a man she loves.

Initially the mistress of Mr. Himeno (Yuri Himeno's father), her feelings shift dramatically after a sexual encounter with Kisaku Ito in the second episode. She develops genuine feelings for him, sparking pronounced jealousy towards other women in his life and driving her to interfere actively in his relationships.

Her story concludes in the sixth episode during an attempt to flee with Kisaku from adversaries linked to Shouko's family; a fatal car accident claims both their lives. She manifests briefly in the afterlife in the sequel OVA "Kisaku Spirit," depicted without clothing, trying to guide Kisaku's spirit to join her.

She enjoys bowling and becomes a target of blackmail. Her occupational attire typically consists of a blouse, skirt, vest, and name tag; she is also seen wearing a yukata.
