Ayabe enters the room and engages in sexual activity with Kotohara, an incident later revealed as a deliberate trap by grade chief Masaki Kyomoto.

Kyomoto blackmails Ayabe using recorded evidence of the encounter, forcing him to target specific students—Mikuni Mirai and Yasaka Kotoe. Under threat of exposure, Ayabe complies with Kyomoto's demands, including documenting subsequent interactions. His cooperation stems exclusively from the blackmail's leverage.
