Ryona is the twin younger sister of Ryōki and the elder twin sister of Ryōbi. Following their belief that Miyabi caused Ryōki's death, she and Ryōbi defected from Gessen Academy to Hebijo Academy, intending to gain Miyabi's trust to assassinate her in revenge. She stands 160 cm tall with a notably curvy figure measuring 98-56-88. Ryona has short blonde hair and heterochromatic eyes: green left, blue right. Her signature winged princess outfit is a revealing white ballerina tutu with triangular patterns, gold-trimmed stockings, knee-high platform boots, angelic wings, and a silver tiara; thin threads secure the top, and she displays no discomfort with the exposure. Her defining personality trait is extreme masochism. She openly enjoys chastisement, scolding, or physical punishment and frequently shows off her breasts regardless of relationship. She speaks in a high-pitched, squeaky voice. Despite her provocative behavior, she exhibits kindness and compassion, expressing reluctance to fight unless necessary and hesitation about killing Miyabi after learning more about Ryōki's death. However, her loyalty to Ryōbi ultimately overrides this reluctance. She incorporates dance-like movements into her combat. During the Hebijo assassination attempt on Miyabi in *Shinovi Versus*, Ryona targeted Imu but was intercepted by Murasaki. When Ryōbi fired at Miyabi, Murasaki took the bullet intended for Imu, triggering Imu's "Root of Calamity" power. This led to Ryona and Ryōbi being severely beaten by the enraged Imu; all survived. In *Estival Versus*, Ryona declared her desire to transform into a bowl of tempura udon so someone could consume her, stating, "I'm going to become a tempura udon bowl! Because they're so delicious, right?" and "Ooh! Hurry up and eat me!" She planned to develop a new Ninja Art for this transformation after everyone refused. *Peach Beach Splash* emphasized her desperation for physical pain. Frustrated by water guns' non-painful nature, she actively sought punishment: she asked Mirai to "unload" her weapon on her, requested Katsuragi to pinch or slap her breasts, pleaded with Miyabi for punishment, and demanded Yozakura slap her breasts. These requests were rejected until Yumi provided shaved ice that induced a severe headache. Ryona embraced this pain, repeatedly asking for more and declaring Yumi her "master" for providing satisfying punishment. This obsessive need was also depicted in the *Shinovi Master* anime during a water gun fight, where she deliberately sought defeat. In combat, Ryona uses dual pistols—one incendiary, one cryogenic—firing them with a freestyle, dance-like posture. She can glide or ice-skate on any surface, including sand or walls, combining the pistols' effects to create chains of crystallizing ice that explode. She is classified as a "Fodder" (Type 5) fighter.
