Glumilda, also called Gloomhilda, once reigned over the Galaxy of Oz through fear before Dr. Oz's scientific efforts liberated the galaxy and forced her into exile. From the outskirts of space, she mustered forces while plotting to reclaim her empire, though an initial sneak attack failed due to Dorothy's unexpected arrival during a space battle.

She is the daughter of the Wicked Witch of the West, imprisoned within Glumilda's necklace, a connection that deeply influences her motivations. Glumilda's primary goal is to possess the three magical Crystals of Love, Wisdom, and Courage, believing their combined power grants eternal rule over the Galaxy of Oz as per ancient legend. Commanding Skeezer forces, she schemes across planets to find the crystals, frequently opposing Dorothy and her companions.

Glumilda's character evolves through encounters with Dorothy's group. Initially focused solely on regaining power, she gradually develops a begrudging respect for their unity and determination. This shift peaks when she openly defies her mother, declaring admiration for Dorothy's team's loyalty. In response, the freed Wicked Witch uses the Rainbow Crystal's power to turn Glumilda to stone.

After Dorothy retrieves the petrified Glumilda and the crystal, Dr. Oz harnesses the crystal's ability to amplify collective goodwill. This energy defeats the Wicked Witch, who had transformed into a kaiju-like entity, shattering her form and returning her spirit to the necklace, freeing Glumilda.
