Description
Aliquis is a 16-year-old Pokémon trainer from Montenevera in the Paldea region, currently attending Blueberry Academy as a student. He originates from the animated web series *Pokémon: Paldean Winds* as one of three main characters tasked by Director Clavell with creating a promotional video. He has an unnamed older brother whose suggestion to replace his Meowscarada for victory temporarily strained Aliquis's bond with his partner.

Characterized as a showman with a strong offensive battling style, Aliquis incorporates music into his matches using his Toxtricity. He attracts attention for his perceived attractiveness and ability to hold a crowd. Confident in his skills, he displays a short temper when frustrated, particularly concerning his rivalry. He does not mind being mistaken for a girl and is sometimes flattered by such comments. He shares a fondness for chocolate balls filled with candy with Meowscarada as a pre-battle ritual.

His key relationships include a childhood friendship with Ohara, on whom he harbors a crush, and camaraderie with Hohma. His most defining dynamic is an intense rivalry with Nemona, the academy's strongest trainer. This rivalry drives his character development, as his inability to defeat her fuels significant frustration. During one battle, this frustration led him to blame Meowscarada for a loss, influenced by his brother's suggestion to bench it. He later expressed deep remorse, tearfully apologizing mid-battle when Meowscarada returned to aid him despite dismissal. Though he lost that match and two subsequent battles against Nemona, these experiences reinforced his bond with Meowscarada and persistence to keep challenging her.

Aliquis's Pokémon team reflects his battling focus and musical themes. His primary partner is Meowscarada, a Grass/Dark-type capable of Terastallizing into a Grass-type. His team includes fully evolved Pokémon such as Flamigo, Garganacl, and Toxtricity. He later obtained Meloetta, making him the fifth Blueberry student with a Legendary-class Pokémon and the first with a Mythical Pokémon, aligning with his musical motif and Meloetta's in-game availability at the academy.

His character design includes dark skin, a ponytail, and bandages. Across his appearances, he evolves from a rival-driven battler to one who values his partnership with Pokémon, particularly after reconciling with Meowscarada. His determination to defeat Nemona remains undiminished despite repeated losses.
