Alongside Koryūto Ichinose, she became Clarissa's bodyguard and lover, entering a polyamorous relationship within Clarissa's inner circle. This role involves her deeply in the bar's operations and underworld activities. Izuna accompanied Clarissa and other Youtoukorou members to the Torture Building after the failed hit on Polka Shinoyama resulted in Misaki Sakimiya's death. Their goal was to claim Misaki's contract and avenge her. Confronting the Corpse God inhabiting Polka, Izuna and Koryūto playfully examined Misaki's zombie form after its resurrection, with Izuna dangling her by the legs. Later, during an intimate moment with Clarissa and Koryūto, Izuna was present when Clarissa received a call from the client behind the Polka hit.
