Description
Tsubaki Kadomori is a 22-year-old exorcist and the youngest daughter of the influential Kadomori family. Her family leads the Kyoto branch of the Saegami organization, tasked with sealing dangerous Tsukumogami spirits, and Tsubaki takes her duty to protect Kyoto seriously. She possesses distinctive long pink hair reaching her chest and purple eyes.

Demonstrating exceptional talent from a young age, Tsubaki is recognized within her family as a prodigy, particularly skilled in using talismans for combat. Her expertise lies in shaping talismans into weapons, primarily manifesting a large scythe. She creates and controls multiple weapons simultaneously, enabling swift, adaptable close-range combat. This proficiency allowed her to defeat seasoned Saegami members even during childhood training.

Socially, Tsubaki presents a cheerful, friendly, and carefree demeanor, easily forming friendships among the Saegami and maintaining good relationships with her father, Taiju, and brothers, Shota and Umekichi. She is particularly close to Yu and extends warmth towards Botan Nagatsuki, inviting her to gatherings despite seeing her as a romantic rival. Tsubaki shows persistent romantic interest in Hyoma Kunato, frequently asking him on dates, often surprised by his serious reactions.

Beneath this sociable exterior lies an intense battle fanaticism. Tsubaki derives intense joy from confronting powerful opponents, calling them "toys" since childhood. In combat, she exhibits wild excitement, sometimes smiling uncontrollably or drooling, especially when facing significant danger. This drive fueled her hunt for the specific Tsukumogami responsible for killing Hayato Kunato and Kusui Kunato, two prodigies she trained with and deeply cared about. Initially, she framed this pursuit as a quest for thrilling battles, not vengeance.

Her character development centers on confronting suppressed emotions about Hayato and Kusui's deaths. While hunting their killer, she sustained a curse forcing her to acknowledge her profound care for them, previously masked by her battle obsession. This realization transformed her motivation; her hunt became a means to honor their memory, not solely seek personal exhilaration. Despite this emotional growth, her dedication to combating strong Tsukumogami remains integral to her Saegami role.
